I think this is the 2nd time I’ve heard from you something about exercise out in nature, especially near water, as bringing superior results to exercise in the city.  I always had a gut feeling this was true.  However, can you please give me your citation for this?  I’d like to read more about it, and perhaps present it to family members who exercise every day in enclosed gyms.
