I really like this approach. For me, it works much
better than explicitly going for gratitude (where I find
myself ticking off a laundry list of things for which I’m
grateful). The key for me—I suspect—is that using
this approach I really *feel* the good *and* don’t have
to limit it with a descriptor. It’s just good. Thanks,
