PROFILE

Kristie Rogers, Ph.D., is an associate professor of management in the College of Business Administration at Marquette University. She has extensively studied respect in the workplace. Her peer-reviewed research on respect won Outstanding Published Article in Positive Organizational Scholarship, won a Best Paper Award from the Academy of Management, and is featured in the Harvard Business Review magazine and podcast. She enjoys sharing her research through publication and presentations at conferences worldwide. Dr. Rogers teaches Business Negotiation to undergraduate and graduate students. Throughout her courses, students learn to effectively influence others, and practice their negotiation skills outside of the classroom to create value in their jobs, communities, and lives.
