Beth S. Schinoff
Beth S. Schinoff, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Her research examines how workers come to know and connect with each other beyond the work they do when the contextual conditions seemingly inhibit connection, such as when working remotely. Dr. Schinoff’s research has been published in top management journals such as Academy of Management Journal and Academy of Management Review, and in top practice-oriented journals such as Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Review. She has also been featured in HBR’s Women at Work podcast, on the Dropbox Blog, and in the Walrus.
