Julie Allison, a seasoned executive learning & development leader with two decades of exemplary leadership, currently serves as the executive director at Arkansas Fellowship. In this role, she shapes the strategic vision and mentors emerging business leaders. Simultaneously, as the CEO of JKA Consulting, LLC, Julie specializes in leadership and executive coaching, emphasizing individual potential, boosting employee engagement, and aligning strengths with diverse industry goals.

With a master’s in business and marketing education from the University of Central Arkansas, Julie founded Baptist Health’s Organizational Development Department in 2009. Leading a team, she developed learning programs for leadership, staff, and skills enhancement for over 10,000 employees.

Julie’s passion for talent development extends to pivotal roles in business transformation at Baptist Health, contributing significantly to mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and special projects.
