Jasmine M. Truong

Jasmine M. Truong, MSPH, is a research specialist in the School of Education and Human Development at the University of Virginia. She is interested in utilizing qualitative research methodologies to measure and evaluate programs. Specifically, Jasmine strives to work with communities that are often marginalized—her work focuses on using equity-centered and community-driven research practices to address the inequities that exist in health and education systems. Prior to her time at the University of Virginia, Jasmine received her Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) in International Health from Johns Hopkins University. She has worked in various roles to support research in social and behavioral health intervention implementation, HIV health, and science education.
