Yasin Rofcanin, Ph.D., is a reader and associate professor of organizational behavior and human resource management at the University of Bath. His longstanding research focus sits on the intersection of organizational behavior, human resource management and organizational psychology. Current and recent publications focus on the themes around flexible work practices, employee proactive work behaviors, and well-being at work. His research appears in leading European (e.g., Human Relations, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology) and the USA journals (e.g., Journal of Organizational Behavior).
