PROFILE

Tiffany Maldonado, Ph.D., is a visiting assistant professor in the Marilyn Davies College of Business at the University of Houston-Downtown. Her research focuses on strategic leadership, especially a holistic model of leadership in which all aspects of the leader are considered. Her interests are in four areas: (a) strategic leadership, (b) humility, (c) culture, and (d) positive organizational scholarship. ​
