Nathan Greene

Nathan Greene, Psy.D., is a psychotherapist, researcher, and writer in Oakland, California. An alumnus of UC Berkeley and the Wright Institute, Dr. Greene is currently a postdoctoral resident at Westcoast Children’s Clinic, where he serves as a psychotherapist and clinical assessor to children, adolescents, and families who have experienced psychological trauma. He also serves as an adjunct clinical faculty member at the Wright Institute, where he offers clinical supervision.

Dr. Greene’s clinical and research interests include childhood trauma, bereavement, resilience, and gratitude. Findings from his study with adults who lost a parent in childhood were published in Death Studies, a scientific journal that explores psychological issues related to death, dying, and bereavement.
