Nathan Greene

Nathan Greene, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist, researcher, and writer. An alumnus of UC Berkeley and the Wright Institute, Dr. Greene currently provides psychotherapy to children, adults, and families in his Oakland-based private practice. He is also a co-founder of Surf Circle, a therapeutic surfing program for adolescent boys in the SF Bay Area. Alongside his clinical work, Dr. Greene is an adjunct professor at the Wright Institute’s Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program, and he serves on the Medical Affairs Team at Healthline Media, where he produces and advises on mental health-related content. Dr. Greene’s clinical and research interests include childhood trauma, bereavement, resilience, and gratitude.
