PROFILE

Connor Wood, Ph.D., is a visiting researcher in theology at Boston University. He studies religious and cultural phenomena using the tools of the cognitive and behavioral evolutionary sciences. His research interests include ritual and cognition, cybernetic self-regulation, social ontology, and cultural psychology. He also writes about religion and the philosophy of science. He is currently a research associate at the Center for Mind and Culture.
