Carley Hauck
Carley Hauck is the founder of Leading from Wholeness. She serves leaders and organizations with several roles: senior learning architect, inclusive leadership development consultant, executive coach, skilled facilitator, speaker, author, and people/culture builder. She holds a masters in Organizational Psychology.
Since 2010, she has supported leaders in Fortune 100 companies and high growth start-ups such as LinkedIn, Bank of the West, Pixar, Asana, Genentech, Clif Bar & Company, and many others with successful large-scale learning initiatives, strategy, inclusive manager development, and powerful trainings. Carley is an adjunct instructor at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Stanford University. Carley is a Certified Psychological Safety Practitioner through the Fearless Organization.
Carley has a passion for diversity, inclusion, belonging, and valuing different perspectives. In her new book, Shine: Ignite Your Inner Game to Lead Consciously at Work and in the World, she showcases a blueprint to creating a workplace and world that works for everyone and is living in greater harmony with the planet. Carley believes that business is the largest platform for positive change and wants to inspire leaders and business to use it as a force for good.
