Carley Hauck

Carley Hauck is the founder of Leading from Wholeness. She serves leaders and organizations with several roles: senior learning architect, inclusive leadership development consultant, executive coach, skilled facilitator, speaker, author, and people/culture builder. She holds a masters in Organizational Psychology. Since 2010, she has supported leaders in Fortune 100 companies and high growth start-ups such as LinkedIn, Bank of the West, Pixar, Asana, Genentech, Clif Bar & Company, and many others with successful large-scale learning initiatives, strategy, inclusive manager development, and powerful trainings. Carley is an adjunct instructor at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Stanford University. Carley is a Certified Psychological Safety Practitioner through the Fearless Organization. Carley has a passion for diversity, inclusion, belonging, and valuing different perspectives. In her new book, Shine: Ignite Your Inner Game to Lead Consciously at Work and in the World, she showcases a blueprint to creating a workplace and world that works for everyone and is living in greater harmony with the planet.
