Ooo, I like this.  I was thinking this weekend on
whether there was much in the way of science of interpersonal interactions, empathy, communication, choosing to reach out across barriers.  Once I listen
to him talk about it, it seems so intuitive, but it
really is difficult to step outside and look at all the
factors in play while in a relationship.  As the saying
goes, “knowing is half the battle”.
