Willow Paul is director of deliberation at Unify America, where she designs deliberative experiences that bring people together to tackle community challenges. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in communication studies from Colorado State University, with a specialization in deliberative practice, and studies how depolarization programs and gamified experiences change the way people engage across difference.
