Ryan Erbe
Ryan Erbe, Ph.D., is an assistant professor and emotional wellness advisor at the United States Military Academy. His research focuses on meditation as a character formation tool and as a means for promoting well-being. He has designed, taught, and overseen a character education course for Plebes (freshmen) and a character workshop series for faculty. He has also designed and facilitated faculty meditation sessions, along with an end-of-year retreat. He earned a B.S. in Health and Physical Education from Ithaca College, and M.S. from Ball State University in Health Science, and a Ph.D. from Indiana University in Health Behavior and Human Development.
