Krystal Wu

Krystal Wu is a library supervisor at Hillsboro Public Library, where she leads equity-centered programs and events that support learning and community well-being. She brings over 15 years of experience across classroom, district, state, and public-sector contexts, with work grounded in social and emotional learning, culturally responsive and sustaining pedagogy, and human-centered design. Wu has led cross-functional teams, coached educators and facilitators, and contributed to statewide and local initiatives focused on equity, belonging, and systems change across school and community settings. She holds a master’s in education from the University of California, Berkeley, and is committed to translating research into practical, humanizing learning environments.
