Karen VanAusdal, M.Ed., is senior director of practice and programs at CASEL, a national nonprofit advancing social and emotional learning (SEL) from preschool to high school. Karen oversees multiple initiatives to support and scale SEL in service of equity and excellence in school districts and with collaborators in the field.
