Cindy Elkins

Cindy Elkins, MBA, is passionate about creating vibrant and high-performing cultures where people thrive and bring their best selves to life and work every day. While at Genentech as vice president of pharma informatics, she led her team on a multi-year, community-based journey culminating in a five-year program including two years focused on an "Attitude of Gratitude." In 2016, Genentech was ranked No. 3 in Computerworld’s “100 Best Places to Work in IT” and has been in the Top 10 for seven years. Cindy is currently the executive vice president of Cell Therapy Patient Experience at Juno Therapeutics (a Celgene company) and was on the board of WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) from 2004 to 2019. Cindy graduated from UCLA in Applied Mathematics and received an MBA from Santa Clara University.
