Theodore Kinni is a veteran business writer. He has authored, ghosted, and edited more than 20 business books, including the Disney Institute bestseller Be Our Guest: Perfecting the Art of Customer Service. Ted is a longtime business journalist and reviewer. He is a contributing editor for strategy+business and MIT Sloan Management Review. In his spare time, Ted lends an editorial hand to corporations, consulting firms, nonprofits, and academic institutions. Ted lives in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he doesn’t wear a tricorne hat or ride a horse to work.
