Got Gratitude?  Want to share it with others?

Welcome to our community gratitude journal, open to all who’d like to express their thanks or share a happy thought.

Here’s how it works: every week we post a photo submitted by one of our readers along with all the happy and thankful comments gathered throughout the week.

To contribute, email your gratitude (a sentence or two would be great) or your favorite photo to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  You can also contribute by commenting at the bottom of this post.  Please include: your name if you’d like us to use it and any other info you’d like us to list, e.g., if the “gratitude” is from one of your children, it would be great to know his or her age.

My son wrote this letter to us last week:
Dear Mom and Dad,
Thank you for all that you have done in the past eleven years. You are awesome! You really mean a lot to me. Once again thanks for everything. Love, Your Son

It is always good to get someone to help you out. May it be your parents, friends, or your beloved one.

I’m thankful for my wonderful husband, always supporting me in my life choices, my children who survived in a car accident, my friends who are always there for me and my parents who I can always count on. I love my life!

I’m happy that in spite of the things that happened in your life, you still choose to be grateful ^_^.

I’m thankful for people from my past who provide guidance and references.

I am deeply grateful I have a learning approach to life. Even the difficult times are opportunities for positive transformation.

A thank-you shout out to my brother who was able to babysit this week so I could attend a writing class.

I’m grateful that my dad is home from the hospital after chemo treatment—resting, recovering, and already telling bad jokes again.
