PROFILE

Mary Beth Reardon, Ed. D., is an experienced educator in the field of special education and taught all levels in the public schools in New Jersey before moving into administration and earning her doctorate in Educational Leadership. Dr. Reardon is the owner and director of Hearts and Hands Professional Development & Educational Consulting, a company focused on social and emotional learning. Mary Beth has taught in doctoral programs at St. Elizabeth University as well as the University of Dayton’s Leadership for Organizations Doctoral program.
