Anya Kamenetz

Anya Kamenetz is an award-winning journalist. At NPR, she co-created the podcast Life Kit: Parenting in partnership with Sesame Workshop. Her latest book is The Stolen Year: How Covid Changed Children’s Lives, And Where We Go Now. Her publications include The New Yorker, The Atlantic, The Kenyon Review, the New York Times, the Washington Post, Time Magazine, and National Geographic. Kamenetz is currently an advisor to Climate Mental Health Network. She writes The Golden Hour, a newsletter on thriving and caring for others in a rapidly changing world. Her next book, from Bloomsbury, is on the same topic. She frequently speaks on topics related to children, parenting, learning, technology, emotions, and climate, including at Google, Apple, Sesame, Aspen Ideas, SXSW, TEDx, Yale, MIT, and Stanford.
