I’m grateful that I can get my kids to eat veggies just by putting a platter of them, raw, in the middle of the table and handing everybody a taco shell with a little cheese inside.

Short list: that I got lucky and finally found someone who would put up with me to marry, that I got lucky and had two awesome kids, that I got lucky and had lots of fun jobs before semi-retiring to do this.

I’m happy that my dad is proud of me.

I am thankful to have finished the appellate argument I prepared for the last two weeks! And it was fun!
