Welcome to our community gratitude journal, open to all who’d like to express their thanks or share a happy thought.
I am grateful for my exciting new job as the incoming Development Director at Greater Good Science Center! As for my daughter - she is grateful to have a chance to ride on real fire truck with her dad.
I’m grateful for dinner with friends.

I’m grateful for this marvelous tribute to fatherhood:
I am grateful for my two five-year-old grandchildren.
Much gratitude to those who cared enough to create and share this site, and to my friend Cindi, who is going to read this and share her gratitude about something everyday.
I am so grateful that my two year old is able to articulate her feelings, for example “Mommy I feel frustrated. You are not listening to me. I want to play inside, not outside.” Of course five minutes later she bites her brother totally unprovoked but still I am glad to see this hard work paying off in bits and pieces!
I was happily surprised by “Thanks!” the 1st thing this morning. So, all smiles to JDG.
I am grateful to a colleague with whom I often clash. Even though I’m the one who behaved unprofessionally at the meeting, it was she who extended the olive branch. It has made me see her in a totally different light.
I’m very thankful my copy of RAISING HAPPINESS arrived in the mail! Thank you, Christine Carter!
I am so so so so so so so happy that all three kids slept for 3 straight hours on a 4 hour flight. My husband and I slept, too!
Every week we post a photo submitted by one of our readers along with all the happy and thankful comments gathered throughout the week. We can always use more photos!
You can also contribute by commenting at the bottom of this post. Please include: your name if you’d like us to use it and any other info you’d like us to list, e.g., if the “gratitude” is from one of your children, it would be great to know his or her age.
