Thankful for…our first ziplining adventure. I think [my son and I] both felt gratitude for the feeling of being suspended amidst such refreshing nature, and the exhilaration of “flying” (or coming close!).
I am grateful to my mother in-law for making the call and sorting out the mis-communication.
I am grateful for the family that I wake up with every day, and I have heaps of gratitude for everyone anywhere who takes the time to promote gratitude as a necessity of life as important as eating and breathing.
I’m happy my husband found some people to join his fantasy Tour de France league, because he’s happy, I’m happy.
I am thankful for my very generous in-laws. They are hiring someone to do a big home repair project for us so we can enjoy our summer weekends as a family instead of working on the house.
Oh boy, oh boy am I grateful that my dentist can fit me in next week!
I’m grateful for quiet, peaceful mornings.
It takes a village to raise a child - I am grateful to all those who helped raise my oldest son, mentored him, listened to him, and influenced him in so many ways. He graduated from high school and
moved to the dorms at UC Berkeley to begin classes all last weekend! He’s had so many wonderful people in his life, and I am thankful for their support.
I’m grateful for the gift of new friends.
Send us your photos! Every week we post a photo submitted by one of our readers along with all the happy and thankful comments gathered throughout the week.
To contribute, email your gratitude (a sentence or two would be great) or your favorite photo to Janine at email@example.com.
You can also contribute by commenting at the bottom of this post. Please include: your name if you’d like us to use it and any other info you’d like us to list, e.g., if the “gratitude” is from one of your children, it would be great to know his or her age.
