Welcome to our community gratitude journal, open to all who’d like to express their thanks or share a happy thought.

I love the Raising Happiness newsletters…a frequent reminder of things that are really important in life.

I am grateful for our co-op preschool! What a wonderful community!

Although we have many personality differences and difficulty communicating well, I am very grateful for my husband’s resolve, determination against odds and calm perserverance.

I am grateful to have found my vocation in my job. It is meaningful working with Native Elders to promote quality early childhood education for First Nations child care programs.

I’m grateful that my chiropractor was able to fit me in today on short notice!

Thanks to my husband for taking time to iron out a miscommunication.

Sometimes when you let someone help you wonderful things happen. Both parties benefit - it is uplifting to help a friend, and it is uplifting to let a friend help you out. I am grateful that I finally understand this, and that I finally was able to let someone provide me with assistance on a family matter.

I’m grateful for family dinners.  They are often messy and chaotic, but are often filled with lots of laughter, too.

Every week we post a photo submitted by one of our readers along with all the happy and thankful comments gathered throughout the week.
