Got Gratitude?  Want to share it with others?

Welcome to our community gratitude journal, open to all who’d like to express their thanks or share a happy thought.

I’m thankful for the air that I breathe… and the love in my heart

I am grateful for the feeling of a fresh start, and my beautiful boy and husband.

I am grateful for having met my companion. His sense of humor and enthusiasm makes me happy. So, happy birthday and safe landings, Matt H.

I am grateful for my husband’s efforts to cope for his recent ADHD diagnosis, and for my daughter, who inspires both of us to take better care of ourselves and our family.

I am happy that my son ate Brussels sprouts today and that the other son ate some eggplant!

I was grateful for the inspiring and moving memorial ceremony on Wednesday for the victims of the Tuscon shooting…..it reminded me of the importance of healing and how we can always look to one another for comfort and support.

I am grateful for the opportunity each week to put together this Gratitude Journal.  It makes me stop and think about the blessings in my life.

Every week we post a photo submitted by one of our readers along with all the happy and thankful comments gathered throughout the week.

To contribute, email your gratitude (a sentence or two would be great) or your favorite photo to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
