Welcome to our community gratitude journal, open to all who’d like to express their thanks or share a happy thought.

I am happy for having dinner with my family.
Morgan, age 2

I’m thankful for my sister’s help, she takes care of my daughter so I can have some time for myself.

I’m grateful for my junior high teacher who is celebrating a birthday today.  She is 80 and we still correspond.

I am so grateful that I got to have a close and loving relationship with my mom who was a wonderful person, friend, counselor and healer of all wounds. She helped to make me who I am and I hope I can give my own daughter the gifts I have been given. I love u mom. To quote a movie-“it isn’t about having a (mom) who died its that I had a mom and she was fantastic, and the relationship continues…

I’m happy my husband remembered to send flowers to all the moms in our family!

I am happy I got to share my birthday with my Mom and Mother-in-law.

I’m thankful my niece, a single parent of four children, has returned to college in her 40s, and has been awarded a scholarship in photojournalism.
Proud Aunt

I’m happy that my mom makes always emails me a gratitude to post for Gratitude Journal.  Thanks, “thankful!”
