Dacher Keltner, a professor of psychology at UC Berkeley and the faculty director of the Greater Good Science Center, will discuss the evolutionary and psychological roots of compassion, cooperation, and altruism.

His talk will be sponsored by Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education.
