Mindsight: Inspire to Rewire Your Brain

Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016
California Institute of Integral Studies

A workshop with Dr. Dan Siegel

Check out the Greater Good Events Calendar.

Are you overworked, overwhelmed, and pulled in too many directions at once? Would you like to live a calmer, healthier, and more engaged life?

“Mindsight,” a technique developed by Dan Siegel, is a powerful lens through which you can understand your inner life more clearly, integrate brain functioning, and enhance your relationships with others. This workshop helps you apply the lessons of Mindsight and the science of interpersonal neurobiology to improving your life at home, at work, in school, and in your community. Learn how whole brain integration is essential for well-being, and engage in practical experiential exercises that can help cultivate neural integration and resilience.

This event is followed by a conversation between Dr. Siegel and Dr. Rick Hanson. More info here.
