Mindfulness Without Borders aims to engage people across cultures to make each moment a turning point for peace and sustainable change.

Summer fun isn’t just for kids! Join Mindfulness Without Borders for three nights of engaged conversations and interactive programming on the application of mindfulness in your daily life! Meet like-minded people and explore the skills you need to navigate your daily challenges and thrive.

In this summer night series we will develop best practices in mindfulness and social-emotional competencies to increase:
Regulate emotions
Limit Reactivity
Make constructive, respectful choices
Increase present moment awareness
Manage stress and anxiety

Dates: Wednesdays June 11, 18, & 25
Time: 6:30-9pm
Location: Multi-Faith Centre at 569 Spadina Road Toronto Ontario
