Emigrant Wilderness Young Adult Retreat through Inward Bound Mindfulness Education

The wilderness retreat is an opportunity for young adults to explore our personal experience within the natural world. The retreat’s daily schedule will include hiking and exploration of the surrounding environment, as well as mindfulness meditation practice and relational activities.

This retreat begins at Strawberry Ridge Retreat Center for a few days of introduction and then heads into the Emigrant Wilderness for 7 days to immerse the retreatants in the natural world. This retreat is perfect for participants who want to appreciate the natural world in way they never have before—with a quiet mind and open heart.
