2012 5-Week Cultivating Emotional Balance Teacher Training

July 16-August 20, 2012

Santa Barbara’s Institute for Consciousness Studies presents this annual workshop intended to bring participants enhanced emotional health and mental stability and to empower them to apply emotional balance as an educational and relationship-building tool.

Speakers include author of “Emotional Awareness: Conversation with HH Dalai Lama and Paul Ekman” Dr. Paul Ekman, teacher of Buddhist Philosophy and Meditation since 1976 B. Allan Wallace, and UC Berkeley Social Welfare fellow Eve Ekman. Those who successfully complete the course receive certification allowing them to teach Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) at venues of their choice including hospitals, schools, and businesses, and many past members have led trainings in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
