Just to say thank you for this Rick Hanson interview grin I’ve been wanting to read his book, but due to mental health issues, I’ve been unable to read for some time. Being able to LISTEN to this has made my day! & will no doubt bear much fruit grin
I have also shared it via Fb for my 300 closest friends, & emailed it to one in particular, who is in crisis & asked me for help, & she will certainly gain great benefit from this grin
Love your work!
